IUBSC Motivations: I am excited to serve on the IU Bloomington Staff Council because I value the opportunity to connect with colleagues from across campus and learn from their experiences and perspectives. I look forward to helping elevate staff voices, building meaningful relationships, and contributing to a stronger sense of community at IU. Most of all, I am excited to give back to a community that means a great deal to me and to help make IU Bloomington an even better place for all of us who work here.
